Effective September 11, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Tourism Space Coast, operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue using it.

An independent travel guide

Tourism Space Coast provides general travel information and planning ideas. It is an independent, nongovernmental guide, not an official tourism authority, government service or representative of NASA, local authorities, public parks or the travel businesses mentioned. Information is not individualized professional, medical, legal or safety advice. Use the responsible authority or provider for decisions that require current or personal guidance.

Current conditions and your plans

Access, facilities, weather, schedules, prices, availability and operating arrangements can change. Launch dates and viewing access may change or be withdrawn. Photographs show specific places and moments and do not guarantee present conditions or a future experience. Check important details directly with the venue, park manager, accommodation, transport service or operator before committing to a plan. Follow applicable rules and instructions when visiting.

You are responsible for choosing travel arrangements appropriate to your circumstances, including access needs, health considerations, documents, insurance and transport. A suggestion in a guide does not confirm that an activity is suitable for every traveler or that entry, a reservation or a particular experience will be available.

Bookings and external services

Reservations made through linked or integrated travel services are governed by the terms of the booking platform and the relevant supplier. Those parties control their prices, availability, payments, cancellation conditions and service delivery. We are not a party to those reservations and cannot guarantee the supplier’s performance or change a booking on your behalf. Third-party descriptions, ratings, images and prices may appear through provider features. Review the current product information and complete booking terms before purchase. A displayed result, a helper response or a contact-form acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation. External links are provided for information or convenience and do not transfer responsibility for the linked service to this guide.

Provide accurate contact information and share only information you are entitled to submit. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive documents in a message. Sending a message does not create a reservation, professional advisory relationship or entitlement to a particular response time.

Optional automated assistance can help you explore questions but may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important information with the responsible source. The availability of a feature does not promise continuous access or a particular result.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or normal operation. The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item will be complete, accurate or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to the website and terms

Content, features and these terms may be updated. The effective date identifies the published terms. Continued use after a change takes effect is subject to the updated terms where permitted by applicable law. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Travel Spark Company LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
